HR SOS was started in 2017 by Hannah Copeland. The company formed as a direct result of ongoing requests from small businesses for assistance in crisis situations – perhaps staff were threatening legal action or they were not attending work regularly and customers were going elsewhere – businesses were dealing reactively with ‘people’ problems which had escalated too far. HR SOS recognised a requirement for proactive HR intervention where bespoke HR solutions could be developed in a commercial and practical way. Primarily in businesses who didn’t want, or need, an HR department but could not afford to be successful without HR advice and expertise on tap when they needed it. Wherever possible, HR SOS take an informal and down to earth approach to work. We work with you to understand your business, devise and deliver commercial solutions, and take the stress of employing, managing, training. and developing staff off your ‘to-do’ list. Our company has the ability to work and understand senior leaders as well as employees working directly with service/product users.
