I have lived all my life within the local area. I was made redundant in February 1992, when I took a year out to re-train in massage and aromatherapy, then I studied sports massage and reflexology a couple of years later. I started my practice in March 1993 and have been established since June 2002 in Lee-on-the-Solent, working from home. I have in the past worked at Grayshott Hall Health & Fitness Retreat near Hindhead, as a massage therapist and spa treatments. I also used to work part-time in a local natural health clinic. I am a member of The Complementary Therapy Association, which is under the umberella organisation, Embody. I am also a member of the Federation of Small Businesses, (FSB) and the Lee Business Association, (LBA).
