I also offer mind massage, which is deep relaxation and help with feeling better about yourself. A lot of people have enjoyed the very pleasant feeling of being physically pampered so why not enjoy a pleasant mind massage and leave my practice with increased feelings of wellbeing and feeling more positive, relaxed and happier than you have felt in such a long time. The mind massage I offer takes 30 minutes and can be an introduction to hypnosis if you don’t know what to expect. If you don’t want hypnosis but would just like to talk something through with a sympathetic listener, that’s fine too.
