Bed & Breakfast has been provided in our farmhouse since 1985 and over the years, we have welcomed many guests from all over the world into our home.
In 1994 we started converting our barns into holiday cottages. We have five properties within the beautiful range of traditional barns. All have been sympathetically restored to retain much of their original character, and now provide well-equipped comfortable home-from-home accommodation.
We provide comfortable 3 stars rated (Gold star) B&B 'home from home' accommodation and guests are welcome to sample our home-produced sausages, bacon and eggs for their breakfast. Many guests return to enjoy our hospitality. The Holiday cottages had been awarded 4 & 5 stars from the Cottages.Com holiday group.

Recently completed, this very popular spacious barn has beautiful views across the open countryside. With a generous sized lounge with a feature fireplace and large kitchen table to seat 14, this is ideal for families and friends to get together. This barn can sleep and accommodate up to 14 people.
Upstairs, this barn has two family bedrooms with twin beds on the first floor, with a set of stairs within the rooms leading to double beds on the second floor, with en-suites and galleried landings. (2 rooms on two levels to sleep 4 in each).
There are further rooms within this barn conversion, which are 2 en-suite double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom next to the family bathroom.
This barn has it's own 3/4 size pool table. Towels are provided, and prices quoted on this barn include all heating and electric. Please note, we do not accept pets.

The Old Brew House is a spacious converted barn, situated in a courtyard development. Overlooking the drive and open fields, this barn is a popular choice, accommodating up to 8/9 people.
Retaining much original character and converted to a high standard, it has a large lounge with vaulted ceiling and inglenook with a log burner.
We have a well-appointed kitchen with a washing machine. The cloakroom has a WC and washbasin. The ground floor also consists of a twin bedroom with en-suite shower.
Upon the first floor, this conversion has a double bedroom and a family bedroom, with double and bunk beds. The bathroom contains a bath with an overhead shower. Please provide your own towels. However, we will provide towels to overseas guests.
There is a folding bed available for a 9th person. We are able to provide high chairs and cots on request.
Sleeping up to 8 to 9 people, The Byng is also a spacious family house in the attractive brick barns at Offley Grove Farm.
This well-equipped cottage has a large lounge with a fantastic feature fireplace, with an electric ‘log-burner’ type stove. The electric is by a meter reading.
On the ground floor, you will find a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with utilities and a washing machine. We are able to provide high chairs on request.
After a long day of enjoying our on-site and local attractions, you can head up to our first floor. We have one cozy double room with an en-suite shower, one family bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a twin room. For the little ones, we can provide cots on request.
