Michelle Baker, Managing Director of Regen Management is a law graduate with twelve consecutive years experience within the BID industry 2007-2019. Prior to setting up as an independent Business Improvement District (BID) consultant Michelle managed BIDs for British Business Parks and Birmingham Chamber of Commerce; prior to that working in the property industry as leasehold manager, lettings manager, property manager, estates manager and commercial estates surveyor.
