I have been truly blessed in my work and through my clients and their own journeys. My volunteer therapy work at Marie Curie has also enriched my life and brought me many valuable experiences and new friends. As I continue to train and learn and grow I have seen how a regular commitment to taking time to stop and be cared for impacts on people’s lives. It helps to reconnect them and pull them away from the ‘quick fixes’ of daily life. My most recent training has been with NO HANDS massage. It is an approach to massage that has changed the way that I work and my commitment to this training continues.

I am a massage therapist and reflexologist and have lived and worked in Ilkley for many years. Previously a primary school teacher, I undertook a year long course in clinical reflexology with the Bayly School of Reflexology. I qualified in January 2002 and have since continued to train in various areas of holistic therapy.
