A space that Akasha truly deserves. We had our first classes there on Saturday June 15th and all who came loved the space! We have transformed 2 offices into a lovely Shala with parquet flooring, high ceilings and a very peaceful calm energy. The new address is Wealden House, Lewes Road, East Grinstead, RH19 3TB. It is next to Brambletye School, towards EG. Perfectly placed for East Grinstead, Ashurst Wood and Forest Row as well as Lingfield, Chelwood Gate, Lindfield, Danehill etc. Yoga Akasha offers you the opportunity to explore and practice Yoga in all its diverse aspects, through daily classes, courses, and weekend workshops. We also have a space for you to come and self practice, have regular baby massage courses, ReikiGong sound baths and various therapies.

We enjoyed over 11 years at ‘The Old Mill’ in the heart of East Grinstead. However we are very excited have moved to a space set in stunning grounds with it’s own car park, separate ladies and gents toilets, a welcoming hallway and storage space so the Shala is uncluttered.
