Helen Floor, Founder and Managing Director of 1-1 Recruitment, launched the agency in January 2000 from her home office in Sutton Scotney. After many years in different HR and Recruitment roles, Helen found that she had the knowledge and skills necessary to go it alone. Using all of the expertise she gained working in the recruitment industry, Helen has built 1-1 Recruitment up over the last 15 years to become one of the most successful recruitment agencies in Hampshire.
