Solicitors
in Hayle

We are a specialist criminal practice, predominantly in criminal defence work. Howell Hylton Solicitors was established in 1996 and has been working within criminal law and litigation since then.

The firm can trace its history back to 1883 when Mr Daniell and Mr Thomas formed the partnership of Daniell & Thomas at 13 Chapel Street, Camborne. In 1999, Daniell & Thomas merged with another Camborne practice, Trott & Battell, to form the practice Daniell & Battell. Our policy of growth continued with the acquisition of the practice of Vivian Thomas & Jervis in August 2005, with offices in Penzance, St Ives and Redruth.

Cornwall Law Society was established in 1883. The Society supports 300 members in the County of Cornwall by providing guidance, CPD Training, marketing, recruitment and social events. The Society is the county’s independent local Law Society and voice for local Solicitors and members of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Thurstan Hoskin Solicitors is an independent law firm which has been part of the Cornish legal landscape for over three decades. Our main office in Redruth was established in 1979, conveniently sited close to the town centre, the railway station and the A30. We also have offices in St Agnes.
