Welcome to Natural Elements Internal Martial Arts. We teach the arts of Chen Style Tai Chi, Shaolin Gong Fu & Qi Gong. Our passions are in the use of these disciplines and their philosophies, as a way to improve health and fitness, promote self growth and healing emotionally, mentally and physically, and to pass these teachings on to all; any age, any ability!

G5 Evolution Martial Arts was founded in Swindon in 2009 by Shihan Ken Stronach, Founder and Master Instructor. One of our founding members Sensei Jim Miller, 4th Dan, brings the exciting martial art of Combative Aikido to Poole, Dorset.

Firstly, we would like to welcome you to the Southern England Karate Federation. We have many well established karate clubs throughout Hampshire and Dorset, in various sports centres and primary schools including Lymington, New Milton, Ringwood, Bournemouth and Poole.

5th Degree International Instructor Stephen Lamberth has over 30 years experience in Tae Kwon-Do and boasts numerous national and international competition achievements. He is fully DBS checked, First Aid qualified and works in conjunction with local schools doing stranger danger awareness courses etc. He also runs several school classes in Dorset & Hampshire. Venues include Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Ferndown, Verwood, West Moors and Cranborne.
