We specialise in what we practice, Japanese Goju Ryu Karate. We currently have two qualified instructors who officiate in the nationals and other competitions regularly. This is one of four traditional styles that originates from Okinawa, an Island off Japan, and is one of the martial arts that is of a natural rounded style that works in harmony with the body.
