Family-friendly classes in the traditional Japanese martial art of Ju-Jitsu. We cater for adults and children of all fitness levels, 7-65. Come along to a class and give it a try! We provide expert martial arts training to children and adults (age 7-65) in Maidenhead, Marlow and High Wycombe.

Here at Wallingford Karate School we will give you the training you deserve. Families are welcome. With an affordable and Competitive monthly fee. Classes for the younger ones include stranger danger and will help them understand what to do if they are being bullied at school. Gradings are taken on a regular basis and belts are included.

The modern martial art of Aikido was developed in Japan during the last century by Morihei Ueshiba, who is known as O Sensei (Great Teacher). It combines his physical training, based in jujitsu styles and sword & spear fighting techniques, with his personal beliefs of universal peace and reconciliation.

We teach Sport Karate from a traditional Wado-Ryu base and also techniques from Kick Boxing and Ju-Jitsu. Lessons are in a relaxed friendly atmosphere and are a great way of keeping fit. You will be taught self defence techniques that really work and free style sparring.

We provide a range of Martial Arts classes and training throughout London and the South East of the UK. Our clubs can be found in the areas of High Wycombe, Croyden, Thame, slough, Bracknell, Henley, Chesham, Woking, Ottershaw, Chobham, Oxford, Marlow, Peckham, Cippenham, Thamelan, Holton, Amersham, Reading and Crystal Palace.

In these 30 min classes we teach movement, balance and control. The class uses toys and musical instruments to encourage the child. Parent/carers are to particpate with the children in the class, we all do the moves together. A great, fun way, to spend time learning with your child.

We are England’s longest established Eagle Claw Kung Fu School, operating full time since 1997. Based in Maidenhead, Berkshire UK. We are open 6 days a week with dedicated training facilities, fully equipped in the traditional style of a genuine Kung Fu training centre. We mentor and train men, women and children of all nationalities and from all walks of life; in traditional Chinese martial arts and activities.

Operating in Didcot at Willowbrook Leisure Centre, White Horse Judo Club provides judo instruction to children and adults throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding area. Established in 2003 the Club has many years of experience in the Judo business.
