ACS Martial Arts, is one of the ACS physical activity services run by ACS MAGFA. ACS Martial Arts offers jujitsu martial arts classes including elements from Geoff Thompson's Real Combat system and self defence tuition regarding the use of reasonable force and edged weapons awareness.

Our goal is not only to improve each Childs Karate skills but to improve important life skills along the way, Focus, Self-Defence Confidence and Discipline to name just a few. These life skills are the building blocks for Children to succeed at school and in day to day life.

Welcome to Harpenden JKA in Batford, where we teach authentic Shotokan karate. We're led by Sensei Miranda Price - a triple gold medal-winning kumite champion who believes everyone can benefit from karate.

Tring Shotokan Karate Club is delighted to announce that Sensei Chris Hogg was awarded Yondan (fourth degree Black-Belt) and Sensei Liz Lloyd was awarded Sandan (Third degree Black-Belt) on 29th October 2017.

The movements of the Southern Dragon style of Shaolin Boxing are based on the mythical Chinese dragon. The Dragon style is an imitative-style that was developed based on the imagined characteristics of the mythical Chinese dragon. The Dragon played an influential and beneficial role in Chinese culture. An amalgam of several creatures, including monitor lizards, pythons and the Chinese alligator, the polymorphic dragon was a water spirit, responsible for bringing the rains and thus ensuring the survival of crops.

I manage this blog with passion and to kill boredom. From the very beggining I concentrate on providing knowledge and give a tips to my readers, which they will be able to use.
