Taking the first step when starting something new is always the hardest part but you can be assured of a warm welcome when you come to our gym. For a start we know each and everyone by their first name, we are more like a group of friends and family that works really well together.

Welcome to Ji Tae elite Taekwondo club. We are a traditional world taekwondo federation (WTF) martial arts club. We have several Dojangs (training halls) based in and around Yorkshire. Our clubs cheif instructor is Master Terry Frost. Master Frost is a 6th Dan black belt with over 50 years experience in the art and sits on the panel of black belt examiners at the world taekwondo association's (WTA) head quarters.

LTMA provides martial arts training in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We believe that martial arts should be fluid and flexible, allowing individuals of all levels of skill, fitness and ability to take part. We welcome all new students - whether you have lots of experience or none at all.

5th Dan Sensei Paul Lynch founded the College in 2002 after retiring from International Competition (13 British Championships plus 1998 World Champion and 2000 European Champion). Sensei has been teaching martial arts for over 25 years at top level.

After 25 years as the UK’s premier multi-style Martial Arts organisation, focused on the reality of personal Combat and Self Defense, the BCA goes from strength to strength. With one of the most efficient administrations of any organisation, a home to nearly every martial art and originally led by two of the world’s acknowledged experts in self protection and personal combat, the BCA is still at the forefront of promoting quality martial arts and it’s leading role in Close Quarter Combat (CQC).

It is a dynamic combat sport that requires both physical strength and mental discipline. From a standing position, it involves techniques that allow you to throw your opponent onto the ground. On the ground, it includes techniques that allow you to pin your opponent down, to control them or apply chokeholds or joint locks.

Taekwondo is the fastest growing Martial Art in the world today and one of the most lethal. The style of Taekwondo practiced throughout our clubs is in line with the Korean and WTF standards - this is the style of Taekwondo which will be used in the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
