Hapkido is a traditional Korean Martial Art which utilizes all the skills of Joint-locking, throwing, pressure points, kicks, strikes, breakfalls and a wide variety of traditional Korean weapons techniques. Add to this specialised breathing techniques and Ki Development (Internal energy) and you will see that Hapkido is a very comprehensive art.
