We are a family orientated not for profit martial arts school based on the border of Dartford & Sevenoaks Kent. Our twice weekly classes cater for adults and children of all ages and abilities. We take pride in our particularly high standards of instruction, and you can be assured of a safe, friendly, relaxed and informal environment.

Taiji (or Tai Chi) and Qigong are disciplines that use movement, meditation, and breathing to improve both your health and mobility. Tai Chi is also a martial art and can be used for self-defence. At Taiji and Qigong in London and Kent, you will learn to increase your energy, focus, and concentration so as to improve mindfulness, body awareness, and your body’s ability to move.

Learn to defend yourself and assert yourself. Create freedom and independence by building your skills. Freedom is a fundamental right that actually makes our life worth living. Any kind of restriction will limit our capabilities and ultimately cost our health.

The instructors of Ali’s Dojang have a combination of knowledge and experience inside the art of Taekwondo that provides you with the best training. Our students attend competitions of a national and international standard as well as helping people have the ability to defend themselves.
