I’m married to Ben, who is a super talented carpenter, and cricketer, and the kindest man I know. I have the best two children that have ever graced the planet. Eva is my beautiful eight year old ballerina who thinks she is an adult, and Elijah is my five year old bundle of happiness who loves being a rockstar and Mary Poppins!

I have been photographing professionally for the past 8 years and absolutely love what I do! As a busy Mum myself, I know how quickly your babies and children grow and change which is why it is so important to capture every moment possible, and I find it a complete honour and pleasure to photograph these special times for you. Photography is my passion, and I feel very fortunate to be doing something that I enjoy so much.

It’s not every day you will have a professional portrait taken, it’s something that many desire, but it’s usually prompted by a new arrival or special occasion. We met after a tomato soup fight in the halls of residence Victoria was staying in at Stamford college. It was very messy, and there was a lot of cleaning up to do afterwards. I was studying sports science, Victoria was studying artistic makeup & special effects, I was mostly her guinea pig, from zombies, bird man, drag, the list was endless, but we had lots of fun!

I've been taking pictures of people for over 20 years and I love it. Although I initially trained in fashion design and worked as a sportswear designer , my love of photography finally got the go ahead when I started Gecko Photography in 2006.

My first priority is to ensure that clients love their photos but to give a bit of added confidence you may be interested to know that I am qualified as a wedding photographer with the Guild of Photographers. That doesn’t mean I have signed up and paid some money to some random organisation. I have been through a rigorous assessment of my images, been asked questions about how I produced them and also proved that I run a professional business.
