I currently reside in Doncaster which lies approximately 200 miles north of London in the UK. I have been learning the art and craft of photography for many years and the majority of my personal work and projects are in Black and White.

Chris Bevan is an award-winning live fight specialist photographer from Doncaster, who is known for producing iconic portraits that capture an athlete’s true character. Images from his stunning sport’s portfolio, which spans over three decades, have featured in most tabloids and broadsheets, most notably in The Independent and The Times, and he is also the main feature photographer for Boxing Monthly.

Just returned from London where I won the national Portrait Photographer of the Year Award. Chosen from over 1000 entries, a single makeover image of Georgia Austin from Doncaster won a trophy and a prize fund of £5000 which included £500 in cash for Georgia. Makeup artist on the session was Sally Morton and retoucher was Admir Alicic. Georgia (16) is planning on using the images from the session to launch a modelling career.
