We have combined the concept of the Spanish tapas with British flavours and techniques, using locally sourced ingredients to create a unique dining experience. The name is taken from Ren Gills song and album ‘Freckled Angels’ in memory of a dear friend and a truly amazing person.

Blas ar Fwyd is a Welsh Food Hub — specialising in quality foods and drinks since 1988. We have two sides to our company — first we serve the public on the high street in Llanrwst with our Deli and Wine Shop, our Cafe Bar called Amser Da, and through bespoke event catering services.
