Award winning Event Caterers, Plenty of Thyme, was created in late 2016 by Dave Double out of a passion for food and service. Having worked in restaurants, hotels and large scale catering venues since 2000 it was time to setup on his own.

Splinters Outside Caterers have been in operation for over 42 years and have built a strong reputation of providing a professional yet affordable catering service for all occasions. Our 2 chefs have a combined experience of 37 years in outside catering so we are confident in providing excellent food and exceptional service, whatever the event.

Archers Caterers is one of the oldest family run catering and events management companies in Essex/Suffolk. We have been catering and organising functions for over 65 years in the Chelmsford, Dunmow, Brentwood, Shenfield Billericay & Halstead area and are the In-house Caterers for Maidens Barn Wedding Venue at High Easter.

As we have bred our own pigs we know a thing or two about hog roasting. Why not ask us about our fantastic Hog roast? Perfect for alfresco dining for large numbers or even for smaller gatherings. For something different we will cook on site the largest paella you have ever seen! Full of giant gamba prawns, Chorizo Sausage, Mussels, and chicken or more traditionally rabbit.
