I founded the business after years of pipe dreaming of owning a vintage VW camper van, when after a light bulb moment induced by Mary Poppins and too much chocolate ice cream I made the impulsive leap into buying ‘Sassy’ the 1966 Vintage Split screen camper van and the rest is history.

Marks with Splendour Catering has been established since 2004 and is headed by Mark Rainsford who has over 20 years experience in the catering trade. Mark has worked across the North West, catering for a variety of blue chip companies including Kelloggs, Williams BMW, Manchester NHS, Greater Manchester Fire Service, Rotary Club, Leigh Miners Rugby Club and Williams Land Rover Manchester.
