Christopher Lee Catering established in 2002 started catering for the Film and TV industries in 2008. Chris Lee, formerly of Roux brothers and trained by John Torode of Master Chef fame, has nurtured CLC chefs to his amazingly high standards so that the menus are creative, wonderfully cooked and full of flavour, whether served from our large mobile kitchens or hot-boxed to any location.

Kate’s Kitchen was started in 2001 by Kate and Antonio Panicola. Combining their love for all things culinary with their catering knowledge from running a hotel and restaurant in Porthcawl for the previous five years, Kate and Tony ventured into the world of external catering — and it’s been a huge success!

We have to admit to being a little more old fashioned than some Cardiff catering companies. Yes our service offers all manner of traditional and unique contemporary food, party buffets and platters catering for all manner of customer and event— the difference is, when it comes to food we don't mess about with modern pre-packed, mass produced, stick-to-your-ribs nosh.
