So why the name…well Thomas is our family surname, and the 2...well...Lincoln was our second coffee shop and the name has stuck since. Thomas Tea Rooms was founded in 2002 in Newark. The company quickly developed, and with new prospects on the horizon Thomas2 was launched in 2007. Regretably due to Lincoln being so popular this was closed in 2012.
