Peter and Lorraine have been in the catering industry for over 20 years, setting up hotels and restaurants in France, Switzerland and Italy. Lorraine is a 'Cornish Maid' from Polgooth, Peter is from Cheshire and has been living in Cornwall for the last 18 years. We are a family company with a passion for food and customer service with a personal touch.
