Thurling Catering Ltd has been run by brothers Ian and Roy of over 20 years. Both Ian and Roy hold NVQ 1 2 3, in catering, Ian also achieved a C&G diploma in restaurant management. Roy also achieved a top award with a diploma in advanced culinary arts and was awarded The Restaurateurs Association of Great Britain Shield for his outstanding craft skills in the field of Food Production.
