In 2014 we celebrated our 50th anniversary as a family run, professional catering company offering wedding catering and corporate catering in South Wales. Originally located in Cardiff, we have since moved our offices to Aberdare. We now cover all of South Wales from our base in the Valleys. Our reputation is based on generous portions of tasty home-cooked food complemented with a professional and personal service.

Merthyr Tydfil is on the culinary map for the first time. People used to visit this great town for its industrial heritage and its position as the gateway to the Brecon Beacons. Now chef Jamie O’Leary is drawing visitors from all over the country wanting to try the delicious dishes at JOL’s restaurant which is being compared to Michelin starred restaurants. Customers are surprised and amazed that Merthyr can for the first time boast of having a top class restaurant.

Christopher Lee Catering established in 2002 started catering for the Film and TV industries in 2008. Chris Lee, formerly of Roux brothers and trained by John Torode of Master Chef fame, has nurtured CLC chefs to his amazingly high standards so that the menus are creative, wonderfully cooked and full of flavour, whether served from our large mobile kitchens or hot-boxed to any location.
