As it grew in success and flourished, we eventually expanded into nearby Shoreditch in 1996, with Lennie’s Snack Bar, a lovely independent eatery with bistro style food during the day and amazing Malaysian and Thai food in the evening; today, it is available for hire to pop-up ideas — see Our Spaces. In that time, we also opened a salad bar — Lennie’s Larder — and went on to expand into Camden Lock with a delightful restaurant, which has served diverse fusion food to local companies such as MTV, Channel 4 and Jim Henson’s Productions (the Muppets).

Founded in 2001, by Monhamed El Banna and Mohamed Osman, Fait Maison is a business that has been built around a passion for delicious food, fabulous flavour and the finest ingredients. Passionate foodie and produce specialist, Mohamed Osman, was instrumental in originally setting up Fait Maison.

Based in the test-kitchen in Camden, Yotam spends much of his time creating and testing recipes for his column in the Guardian, on-going cookery books and programmes for television. When he is not creating and cooking, testing, tasting and tweaking, he is overseeing the day-to-day running of the shops and restaurant. This involves more testing, tasting and tweaking so when he is not doing this he tries very hard to do something other than eat.

W8 food is prepared and freshly cooked every day on the premises. We use free range chicken and eggs, the lamb is from Elwyn Valley Farm and the beef and pork from 'select' butchers. The fruit and vegetables are sourced directly every day from Covent Garden. We use British produce when possible, mostly seasonal, and fairtrade tea & coffee.

Launched in 1996 on Brewer Street in Soho, Randall & Aubin is an Anglo/French Brasserie that specialises in seafood and has been delighting foodies, fans and celebrities for the past twenty years - all of whom come looking for an outstanding meal and a fabulous time beneath the glittering disco ball. Located in leafy West London in a little nook called Brook Green we are a privately owned vintage tea room and are happily celebrating 11 Glorious years! Come and visit us we are open daily, we have the best and most beautiful cake counter in West London in an elegant 1920's setting.

I am now celebrating over 30 years as a caterer, this has been a very rewarding period of my life, giving me great satisfaction knowing every event is special. I generally bespoke every menu, often producing recipes personally for my clients. I am the main influence of all my catering events and will be seen back of house in my apron! I am supported by my husband Jon and daughters, who all have their own roles within the business. My daughters work closely with me and have become a very important part of the business taking the next generation to a different level.
