We are an experienced company, and specialise in providing Halal (HMC certified) food for all events, including weddings, conferences, AGMs, Eid parties and special occasions. Jean-Luc Sainlo set up bespoke catering company Sainlo Events following a long career working in France and the UK with the likes of Philippe Chavent, Gordon Ramsay and Jean-Christophe Novelli. Jean-Luc has also headed up brigades in a number of top London clubs and restaurants, cooking for city executives, The BBC and the Digital Podge.

Run by Alan Benarroch, with a career spanning more than 20 years, Alan has built an impressive portfolio which includes owning and running an award-winning restaurant, corporate catering, private parties and all types of family celebrations, from a small intimate dinner to larger, themed affairs.

We are Hertfordshire's leading sandwich supplier and buffet caterer. From our popular premises in Potters Bar we provide a delicious menu of deep filled sandwiches and jacket potatoes, salads, pastries and beverages, all freshly made with ingredients of the finest quality.

I set up High Class Catering following my love for food and cooking, which have always been my passion. Everything that I make is 100% homemade using the freshest hand picked ingredients, with as much as possible being served locally.
