Award winning Event Caterers, Plenty of Thyme, was created in late 2016 by Dave Double out of a passion for food and service. Having worked in restaurants, hotels and large scale catering venues since 2000 it was time to setup on his own.

Archers Caterers is one of the oldest family run catering and events management companies in Essex/Suffolk. We have been catering and organising functions for over 65 years in the Chelmsford, Dunmow, Brentwood, Shenfield Billericay & Halstead area and are the In-house Caterers for Maidens Barn Wedding Venue at High Easter.

Splinters Outside Caterers have been in operation for over 42 years and have built a strong reputation of providing a professional yet affordable catering service for all occasions. Our 2 chefs have a combined experience of 37 years in outside catering so we are confident in providing excellent food and exceptional service, whatever the event.

We pride ourselves on cooking delicious, traditional food made from fresh, locally sourced produce. We have chef specials available daily & our menus change with the seasons. Above all, we believe in working with the bride and groom to create dishes and menus that are tailored exactly to your needs & expectations.
