Chippy's is a family run business which was established in 1954 by our grandparents Mick & Ivy Brimsden and our parents Chuck & June Edwards at The Old Fish & Chip Shop in the market town of Clare, Suffolk.
As a family we had talked for years about opening a fish and chip shop, so in 2008 we decided to realise the ambition and open The Sea Tree. Our "fresh and chips" mission is simple; to offer you fresh, healthy and sustainable fish cooked to order.
