Started in 2005, Active Physiotherapy has been helping people from across Bury and Bolton recover from and prevent injury for many years. We make your goals our goals and pride ourselves in being the friendliest, most knowledgeable and most welcoming physiotherapy clinics in the area.

Chadderton acupuncture is a private practice run by Ella Dunbar (PhD, BSc) a qualified acupuncturist and naturopath. The practice is located in a quiet residential area (private house) in North Chadderton near Oldham, and offers a welcoming and relaxing environment with modern high quality facilities.

I began my career by studying Chemistry (BSc (Hons), C.Chem, MRSC) and Engineering (MSc, C.Eng, MAPM, FIET), and now use my problem solving abilities and passion for Chinese Medicine, to look at how best to start restoring peoples health and well being.

Acupuncture is long recognized as an effective treatment for physical and emotional health. Relied upon in the east for over two thousand years, now widely used in the west, its good reputation and popularity grows. Acupuncture gets to the main cause of symptoms, providing relief from long standing complaints, improving sleep, energy levels, coping abilities and reducing minor ailments.

Acupuncture is widely considered to be beneficial for a range of illnesses and symptoms, from clearly defined complaints such as back and dental pain, headaches, vomiting and neck ache to more general symptoms such as nausea or low energy.
