Cristina is an experienced traditional acupuncturist and Tui Na practitioner. She is a lecturer at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and a visiting lecturer at Valencia University where she teaches acupuncture. Cristina also works as a regular volunteer at the charity My Cancer My Choices

I am Anne Skelton. I founded Serenity Holistic Therapies in 2005. Suffering back pain, muscle tension and stress for many years, I found back massage was my only source of lasting relief. So I studied massage therapy, anatomy and physiology and set up Serenity Holistic Therapies in 2005, on a quest to pass on long-term pain relief to others, having benefited from this myself.

I have always had an interest in Complementary & Herbal Medicine, and while travelling in 2003 I had the opportunity to enroll on a Traditional Thai Massage course at Bangkok’s famous Wat Pho temple. I had found my calling and stayed to complete a further Medical Massage Therapy course, returning to England to study anatomy & physiology before enrolling on Reflexology and Swedish Massage courses locally.

I am a hypnotherapist located in Crowthorne, a village in south-east Berkshire near Wokingham, Bracknell and Camberley. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master.
