Hello and welcome to my website. I am Afifah Hamilton, a Medical Herbalist and Clinical Nutritionist. I am the owner of Rosemary Cottage Clinic — a busy practice near Chichester in West Sussex. Every year I help hundreds of people, just like you, to transform their health, often after a long period of struggle.

Holistic osteopathy is a hands-on therapy which is known for helping to alleviate the symptoms of all kinds of muscular and joint pain. The treatment involves treating the person as a whole and not just treating the part of the body that causes pain and dysfunction. In osteopathy we aim to find the cause of the problem rather than just treating the affected part.

The plants that share our world give us the air we breathe, the fire that warms us, the foods that feed us, and the medicines that restore us. At the Medicine Garden we see the medicines that come from plants as a gift of nature given to help us regain and maintain our health.

Hello! I'm Leslie Kelly and I am a holistic massage therapist and a qualified homeopath. Apart from homeopathy consultations I offer Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, Indian head and natural facelift massage. Therapies are offered in my consultation and therapy room in my home in Mengham, Hayling Island - local to Havant, Emsworth, Portsmouth, Gosport and Chichester.

My complementary therapies include Sound Healing, Shamanic Healing, Soul Retrieval and Healing, Systematic Kinesiology, Reflexology, Crystal Therapy, Assemblage Point Healing, Hypnotherapy and Indian Head Massage. I work holistically, treating the whole person to balance and maintain well being. As a fully qualified and experienced therapist and teacher, I continually update and develop my skills and knowledge.
