All our weekly Iyengar yoga classes, take place in our fully equipped Iyengar Yoga Studio, facing out onto the Park, on Albert Rd, West Bridgford. Classes attract students from, beginners foundation level, beginners level 1, beginners level 2, right up to intermediate level 1, 2 and 3, as well as Iyengar yoga teachers and teacher trainees. We give lots of individual attention where you need it, so that students can grow and develop.

The proprietor of In the Zone Reflexology is Sue Fisher. Sue completed her training with Jubilee College acheiving a level 3 Diploma in Reflexology which included anatomy and physiology. Sue is committed to continued learning and since qualifying has completed specialist courses in Reproductive Reflexology and Reflexology Lymph Drainage.

We offer a wide range of holistic therapies and treatments including Reflexology, Sports Massage, Massage, Acupunture, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Hypnotherapy and Counselling.

Holistic therapies aim to help the patient restore the balance, thus allowing the body to heal itself naturally.

I have ten years experience in the field of massage and complementary therapies and coming from a working background in nursing I feel I have developed a holistic approach to my clients and my training as a Therapist.
