Quiet Reflections is a Holistic Therapy practice run by Julia Moden (FFHT), based in part of an old school in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. Our clients are of all ages and range from people who want total relaxation from a stressful lifestyle, to sports men and women who require an occasional treatment for a sports injury. Appointments are available Monday to Friday usually between 9am to 6pm.
