Age of Light Holistic Therapies in Macclesfield offers a selection of complementary therapies designed to relax, re-balance and de-stress both mind and body. Treatments are provided in my relaxing therapy room and are available on Saturdays between 10am and 4pm.

The old doctors surgery was modernised in 2007 and most of the original features were retained and restored to their former glory. Most recently it has been converted into Congletons only dedicated Complementary & Alternative Medical Centre with the aim to bring the areas practitioners together into one building.

Gabby first became interested in reflexology in 2008. She had suffered several miscarriages and was looking for a complementary therapy which could help cope with the stress and worry that this was causing and hopefully to help address the underlying medical cause.

A vigorous massage to treat over-used or strained muscles. This massage brings relief from the aches and pains associated with sporting activities. Athletes who are looking to improve performance and increase their competitive edge might benefit from regular sports massages.

Each session is normally £30. There is no obligation to book further sessions. This offer includes the following treatments; Indian Head Massage, Head and Shoulders Massage, Luxury Back Massage , Reiki, Natural Healing, Mindfulness Coaching.
