The name and logo of K2U originated in 1999 as founder, Kathryn Robinson, was studying Sports Therapy and Aromatherapy. It derived from the mountain, K2, as Kathryn wanted her logo to depict strength and durability. From humble beginnings, the original logo being a child-like drawing of a mountain outline, a true photograph of K2 was purchased in 2011, by our favoured Design and Print company, Benchhut, who have over the years developed the logo to its present day format.

Welcome to Vitality and health, we are based in the beautiful and tranquil setting of the North Yorkshire countryside in the small village of seamer. We are easily reached from Northallerton, Yarm and Middlesbrough and have ample private parking. My passion for Chinese Medicine started some years ago when I had some issues with endometriosis. At the time, I saw a consultant and was given some hormonal drugs to try and help with the pain. Unfortunately, these didn’t work me and made me poorly and depressed. After trying a few different types of medication, I was told that there was nothing else they could do for me.
