Kerrie went on to work in various salons, honing her existing skills and expanding her knowledge. Eventually she rose to managing the salon of a prestigious Cheltenham hotel. In 2002 Kerrie decided the time was right to strike out on her own and Oasis was established in her home village of Bishops Cleeve.
