Total Chiropractic was founded by Rosie Piercy in 2013. Rosie started her clinic at The Wellbeing Centre in Newbury where it flourished for several years. Then in 2017 Rosie achieved her long held dream of opening her own clinic and Total Health West Berkshire was born. This is now the home of Total Chiropractic.

The clinic was established in 2004 as a chiropractic and sports injuries clinic with the aim of providing affordable healthcare through the use of recognised complementary therapies practised by qualified and experienced therapists. Since it was established, the clinic has built up a good working relationship with other healthcare providers in the surrounding area, including GPs and consultants, and continues to grow mostly through recommendation from healthcare professionals and patients.

Rachel is from a farming and equestrian background. She has always had a keen interest in sports science and the mechanisms of the human body and decided to train as a McTimoney Chiropracter and Sports and Remedial Massage therapist.

Interferences in the nervous system can cause your body to not function fully which can lead to pain, discomfort or dysfunction at that point or at any point along the nerve or of the organ/system served by that nerve. Chiropractic has the premise that adjustments at these points of interference stimulate the body's own self-healing ability and facilitate a return to optimum health and function.
