TR SPORTS has a fitness suite with fully qualified instructors offering you fitness testing and programmes within your membership. We offer a wide variety of exercise classes, tailored to suit all levels of fitness. The health suite provides the opportunity to relax and unwind, featuring both a both steam room and sauna. TR Sports allows the option of pay as you go for your classes and gym sessions, as we are not a member’s only gym.
