Elitas Fitness formed in 2013, opening a private training facility in Chichester offering one-to-one personal training, strength and conditioning, soft tissue therapy and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We have since opened a membership gym in 2015 with a focus on strength training and developing athletic performance, and in June of this year we opened a brand new 3,000sqft headquarters in Terminus Road, Chichester.

Why? Well, we’re very aware of those old jokes about joining a gym, paying every month, then never going. That doesn’t happen so much with our clients. And that’s not only because it’s a great place to come and work out — we have a genuine interest in how you’re doing. We’re not a corporate machine that’s only interested in your money and doesn’t care if you actually turn up or not.

The Avenue Lawn Tennis Squash & Fitness Club is a not-for-profit member's club for tennis, squash, racketball, table tennis, fitness and social activities. It dates back to 1902, and was voted the Lawn Tennis Association Club of 1996.

It is a bespoke and fully equipped private gym dedicated to Personal Training and pay-as-you-go classes. You will be able to enjoy your sessions by training effectively away from the crowds of a standard gym. Equipment includes: TRX, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Squat Rack, Olympic Bar and Weights, Hydraulic Resistance Machines, Spinning Bike, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls and much more.
