Hi, My name is Ian Mellis. I am a personal trainer and fitness and nutrition coach. Basically, I help people make smart decisions about their health, nutrition, fitness and performance so they don’t have to think about it.

Body Active Gym was established back in 2002 as a strength training facility. We are now located at unit 12 Italy Style building cambridge road with a floor space of 16,000 Sq ft, the gym is equipped with state of the art machinery ranging from hammer strength, cybex, life fitness and watson.
