The workout mill is a listed building which was historically a ‘working mill’. Some of the old structures are still in place today, making the mill a unique style of gym with an abundance of character and features. It was taken over by partners Clint Jones and Will Loy-Sin in November 2005 and has recently been bought by Double Natural World Champion Richard Gozdecki, who is the current owner of the gym running it alongside his wife Rebecca Gozdecki.

For the past 27 years Future Fitness has been recognised as the number one weight training and fitness facility in Coventry. Our equipment is regularly replaced and updated with the most advanced training equipment.
