From 1st January 2016 Bodylines natural gym became a private training facility open 24/7 to members and personal trainers. Established in 1988, BODYLINES NATURAL GYM is the longest running gym in the Leeds area.
Starting off as a steady two to three times a week gym goer I soon caught the Gym bug and found myself going 5x a week if not everyday. In my spare time I was reading up on new training methods and trying out new exercises it soon became apparent I was quite good at this gym malarkey. So the next step was almost the natural transition of things why not turn a hobby into my 9-5 job. I’m sure other trainers will laugh at my naivety this job is anything but 9-5.â€
