My background is in Sports and Exercise Science (BSc 2003) and Sports Massage (Dip 2005). After initially training in Sports Massage I worked with a wide range of individuals targeting massage on a variety of injury and postural related issues. During this time I became aware that sports massage is not for everyone and people were being put off by either not being sporty or from the stories that it had to be painful to be beneficial.
