Michele teaches yoga and practices massage in the Reading and East Berkshire area. She has a wide experience of dealing with a range of ailments treated with massage but can also tailor a yogic plan to help heal holistically. Michele has a special interest in Stroke Rehabilitation using massage therapy.

Sports massage is generally using a firmer technique than a therapeutic massage, it is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body which includes muscles, ligaments and tendons. How deep the massage is applied depends on the reason for the sports massage & the desires of the recipient. To benefit from a sports massage you do not need to be a sports performer. The benefits can also help relieve many day to day problems that everyone experiences.

Manya Michalidis is a fully qualified and highly experienced Sports Massage Therapist. She has been practising sports massage therapy for over 15 years in the Wokingham, Berkshire area since she qualified in 1996.
