I studied Complementary Therapies at White Rose College, Huddersfield for three years and Poppy Therapies was born in 2005. Since then I have practiced from home in a private treatment room which is separate from the house. I genuinely love what I do and my aim is to provide the best possible treatment for you as an individual, in a calm and relaxing space.

We are an established massage and complimentary therapy practice with salon locations in Brighouse and Huddersfield (new for 2019) though some clients visit from much further afield for our treatments. Brenda Jerome, the proprietor, is a fully qualified and fully insured therapist with over 15 years experience. She is a member of the Independent Professional Therapists International (IPTI) and was trained in London by some of the masters of her profession.

Heidi Wood is a fully qualified Reflexologist and Pilates Practitioner and is a premier Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer with over twenty years experience with an impressive range of clients includinh sportsmen, pop stars, TV personalities and global dance organisations.

I am Jacqueline Davies MIPTI and I am a Barnsley based sports massage therapist with more than 15 year's experience. I am passionate about what I do and believe that sports massage can not only enhance the sporting careers of athletes, but is also of benefit to anybody who works in an environment that causes pain or injury. Whether the job is physical, sedentary, or involves carrying out repetitive tasks, massage can help.

Based in Ossett, Wakefield ,Anne-Marie Barnes is the Instructor at Relaxed Baby celebrating over eleven years delivering courses for families with new babies. She delivers small courses from her home in an informal friendly setting for parents.
