Health Solutions, Kent is an established sports therapy and injury rehabilitation clinic working closely with other medical professionals, such as GP's and Consultants to enable us to make the appropriate referrals if necessary, so we can give you the most effective treatment and care possible.

After qualifying as a Hypnotherapist with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis in 1993, I worked for a number of years within stress management and behaviour modification. Later during my role as Senior Instructor for the Kent Autistic Trust, I qualified as a Reflexologist with the International Federation of Reflexologists in 1997.

I am a professionally qualified, experienced masseur and personal trainer specialising in a deep tissue sports massage, or a lighter touch holistic massage with personal training programmes and advice to support the well-being of men and women. I work within the lovely county of Kent on the North Kent Coast from my beautiful house. I take time and care to understand my clients’ needs and to provide a high level of professional advice as far as maintaining a level of fitness which also includes sports massage to help prevent or repair injury. There is also available a relaxing swedish massage to relieve the stresses of the everyday working life.

Having worked as a massage therapist for 25 years I've now sadly had to give up offering this treatment. Years of massage has left me with shoulder problems and so I'm teaching massage to newbie's. I am still working with clients for waxing, sugaring and facials. So, come along, knowing that I've 25+ years of experience and you'll get a first class treatment.
