My name is Katherine Johnson. I'm a Registered Clinical Massage & Sports Massage Therapist with the International Council of Health, Fitness and Sports Therapists (MFHST) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

Massage is a therapy with records dating back to Egyptian times some 4,000 years ago. Evidence has also been found in ancient civilizations that include Roman, Greek, Indian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.

I offer Sports and Remedial Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy treatments (including Strapping and Taping and Medical Acupuncture for Musculoskeletal Conditions) for everyone! I have treated clients from the ages of 4 to 84! Sports and Remedial Massage / Soft Tissue Therapy Treatments are not just for sports people! They are for everyone!

Hampshire Sports Massage was established in 2007, offering Sports, remedial and holistic massage to all members of the local community. Hampshire Sports Massage also offers support and advice in maintaining a healthy lifestyle including elements such as relaxation and postural advice.

Fast forward a few years later and you will now find us a large team of practitioners, each wonderfully unique, exceptionally skilled and highly experienced in their field. Hello! I’m Lou Walker, a health coach registered with the UK Health Coaches Association. I support clients to overcome health-related problems, using lifestyle approaches including diet, stress reduction and sleep. I have a particular interest in nutrition, weight management, and workplace health and wellbeing.

I am a professionally trained Massage Therapist with the added benefit of having been a qualified medical Doctor in the past. I offer a range of Sports, Remedial and Holistic massage and tailor each treatment to whether you have pain, tension, restricted movement or stress.
