I approach my clients as a holistic movement practitioner, meaning I use various techniques, such as Sport Massage Therapy; including Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Myofascial Release (MFR), Soft Tissue Release (STR), Trigger Point Release (TPR), Neuro-muscular Therapy (NMT) and Positional Release (PR) along with Corrective Exercises and Static, Dynamic & Fascial Line stretching in order to bring the body into balance.

My name is Caryl Maxwell. I have been a pracitising Clinical Aromatherapist since October 2009. I gained my Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy Massage at The Academy of Aromatherapy and Massage (Scotland) in October 2009. An Accredited Practioners Diploma in Indian Head Massage in May 2010. Most recently I have gained a Practitioners certificate in Hot Stone Therapy.I started my own business working from home in November 2009.
